Design Your Business: Developing Products & Services People Will Love

This practical workshop guides you through developing products or services that meet real needs.

About the event

We’ll look at what you want to sell vs what you can sell right now and help you create a roadmap from market testing to full scale service or product delivery.

Even with a small budget, you can create an offering that delights customers and stands out.

This session is designed to help participants avoid over-building or over-spending at the early stage. We focus on starting where you are, using what you already have, and testing ideas before scaling.

Participants will explore how to shape offers based on customer feedback and real demand rather than assumptions.

The result is a clearer, more confident approach to developing something that is both achievable and valuable.

This workshop is part of a series of business support sessions aimed at people who are economically inactive, meaning they are not currently in work and not actively looking for a job.

This may include people who are long term sick or disabled, carers, parents without access to childcare, students who are not working, early retirees, or those facing barriers such as confidence, transport, or digital access.

Some participants may receive benefits, others may not, but all are considered outside the active labour market.

Don’t worry if you don’t fit into the categories above, you’re still welcome to join us!

This workshop is brought to you as part of Go Succeed NI. Go Succeed represents a significant investment in local entrepreneurs and businesses, funded by the UK Government.
