The two session are:

1. Recruiting talent to your Hospitality and Leisure business – Friday 4 February, 10am-12noon

This session will be valuable to business owners, senior managers, HR professionals and those with responsibility for recruitment within your organisation.

The challenge for local organisations recruiting at present is real and the size of the available talent pool is less than in previous years.

Faced with this reality it is vital that local Hospitality and Leisure organisations are maximising all options available to them to attract and recruit staff in 2022.

Speaker for both events is Paul White - Senior Organisational Development Consultant with Think People and brings 36 years experience to his work with clients. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is an AOEC accredited Executive Coach. His approach is practical, engaging and is focused on outcomes which enable clients and workshop participants to 'take away' specific ideas and actions that aim to enhance existing approaches to staff retention and talent development.
